The culture by design or default, is the heartbeat of an organization and the essence is the desired flow. The key is to sense-check what is really happening and why, so leaders can shape the dynamics to enhance alignment, connection and flow.
Terena is a pragmatist who sees that life isn't always plain sailing, and turbulence is sometimes necessary and has its silver linings.
