The key to transformation is human connection and flow the degree of which is evident is what Terena describes as how we do things around here.  The culture by design or default, is the heartbeat of an organization and the essence is the desired flow. The key is to sense-check what is really happening and why, so leaders can shape the dynamics to enhance alignment, connection and flow. 

Terena is a pragmatist who sees that life isn't always plain sailing, and turbulence is sometimes necessary and has its silver linings. Like you she has experienced the harmony where people are valued for unique perspectives and encouraged to move beyond what's been done before. Strategic imperatives where stakes are high and lives depend on innovation; entrepreneurial settings that welcome inclusiveness and bold ideas, where learning on the edge is fun.
