I founded LEARNING CULTURE in 2012 to focus on the human and system dimensions of transformation to help leaders shape organizations as learning ecosystems that embrace collaboration, stewardship, governance, and generative leadership practice.
It is a complex yet fascinating exploration with a rich and colourful lexicon of concepts and wisdom that span ancient philosophers to modern thought leaders, and inner human dimensions.
