Philosophy
Terena is a facilitator of systems change and the process of leadership transformation. She is a natural connector with a rich diversity of perspective having successfully navigated transformations that have spanned borders, boundaries, sectors, and governments, to deliver shifts in mindset and action priorities to ultimately deliver sustainable, generative change.
A reputation for turning ambitious concepts into reality has earned Terena the respect of stakeholders who acknowledge she resets the goalposts on what's possible. Her 'can-do' mindset is visionary, inspiring and inclusive. Her eclectic mix of experience and experimentation position Terena as a sought-after catalyzer of strategic transformation with a modern approach that cuts through and revitalizes how we do things around here.
Terena has held board governance and executive leadership positions and now prefers to shift between the roles of shapeshifter, designer, architect, broker, mentor, and coach to facilitate a process of transformation through others.
Terena is a Kolbe™ Accredited Practitioner, an Accredited Executive Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), tertiary qualified through Massey University, New Zealand, and a global thought leader in best practice transformation and systems leadership in a modern world.
