Rather than imposing change, her work focuses on helping leaders see the systems they are part of more clearly — and to recognize the signals that allow transformation to emerge naturally.
She is the founder and steward of The Leadership Field™, The Leader's Ecosystem™, Leadership Signals™, and the Leadership Transformation Cycle™. The Leadership Field is an intentional space where leaders step outside organizational gravity, to explore what leadership is becoming, and shape the signals that influence what unfolds.
Her work focuses on the evolution of leadership from control to connectedness in an increasingly interconnected world and she brings leadership back to being something very human.

In a world that is ever evolving humans are transforming too. And as we discover more about being human we see that leadership goes beyond logic and reason to a holistic model that embodies the power of the mind-body relationship, human senses and soul.
The unlimited capacity of human potential goes beyond what we have been able to do so far and is limited by our mindsets, and our environments.
It is exciting that science now confirms that mindsets are highly changeable, that the brain is neuroplastic and can form new neural connections - or mindsets - at any point of life. Positive psychology has done a lot to accelerate human awareness and help people create new narratives that are transformative in that they are more self-serving, and coaching is a powerful channel for accelerating human transformation.
Terena has worked at the leading edge of systems and human transformation for over 30 years and is a connector and catalyzer who prefers to move between the roles of shapeshifter, designer, architect, broker, mentor, coach, facilitator and roll-your-sleeves-up team player.
Terena is a Kolbe™ Accredited Practitioner, an Accredited Executive Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), tertiary qualified through Massey University, New Zealand, and a global thought leader in best practice transformation, human development, and systems leadership.
